What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential investment opportunities across various sectors.
- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to assess the viability and potential returns of investment targets.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals to develop detailed investment theses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in due diligence processes, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and valuation analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos and reports that summarize findings and recommendations for investment committees.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing portfolio companies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow (DCF) and comparable company analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence.
Nice to have
- Experience with specific sectors such as technology, healthcare, or renewable energy is advantageous.
- Familiarity with investment management software and tools, such as Bloomberg or PitchBook.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance issues relevant to investment activities.
