About the role
The is responsible for owning the end-to-end commercial execution for LOQTORZI within a designated territory, acting as the primary external-facing representative for the product. This individual will build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and administrators to ensure a seamless and patient-centric care delivery model. The role requires driving appropriate product utilization across all relevant oncology indications by translating complex clinical data into actionable insights for healthcare professionals. Success in this position is defined by the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that meet or exceed assigned sales targets. The manager will operate with urgency and independence, fostering a collaborative team environment where patient outcomes and company objectives are prioritized above all else. This position demands a high level of ethical integrity and strict adherence to Coherus policies and compliance standards in every interaction.

What you'll do
- Conduct territory business analysis and actively prospect for new business opportunities to engage key stakeholders for LOQTORZI.
- Execute a high level of clinical and product acumen to position LOQTORZI effectively and drive appropriate use across all designated oncology indications.
- Develop and maintain sustained relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and administrators in targeted accounts through a patient-centric approach.
- Apply superior selling skills including probing, challenging, aligning, and closing to navigate complex decision-making units.
- Plan, budget, and execute company resources such as exhibits, speaker programs, the HUB, and executive visits to maximize market reach.
- Represent Coherus and its products in a manner consistent with the highest standards of ethics, policy, and compliance at all times.
- Apply a solid understanding of reimbursement, contracting, and finance mechanisms specific to buy and bill injectable medications.
- Operate independently with a sense of urgency to manage daily tasks and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Understand and breakdown complex matrix accounts to ensure strategic focus and precise planning for key stakeholders.
- Lead teamwork and communication in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
- Travel extensively to facilitate in-person visits with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals as required.
- Participate in and coordinate activities for National Sales Meetings, Regional Meetings, Speaker Programs, and Conferences.
- Take customer insights and translate them into actionable account profiles and business plans that drive LOQTORZI adoption.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of cancer staging, treatment options, PD1s/checkpoint inhibitors, and associated dosing schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales success in the oncology marketplace is required.
- Prior experience in hospital, academic, and community oncology selling is required.
- Extensive buy and bill experience with strong reimbursement and fiscal acumen is mandatory.
- A prior launch of Oncology injectables is preferred and must be disclosed.
- Solid understanding of community GPOs such as ION, OnMark, and USO is required.
- Working knowledge of hospital GPOs and oncology product distribution is mandatory.
- Superior analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
- The ability to develop strong, trust-based relationships with both internal and external customers is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of community oncology practices, hospitals, academic medical centers, and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) is required.
- The capability to develop, execute, and follow up on complex business plans is a hard requirement.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, must be used to articulate value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Prior launch experience in the oncology injectable space.
- Demonstrated success managing complex matrix accounts in a hospital or institutional setting.
- Experience with national payer strategies and managed care contracting specific to oncology therapies.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and their impact on clinical workflows.
- Knowledge of emerging immuno-oncology treatment paradigms and clinical trial landscapes.
Practical notes
Travel Expectations: Daily in-person and overnight travel can include up to 50% to make in-person visits with HCPs, clinics, and hospitals. Travel will also include National Sales Meetings, Regional Meetings, Speaker Programs and Conferences.
