What you'll do
Conduct in depth research to identify new sales prospects and expand existing account lists using diverse sources and databases.
Develop and deploy structured outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including email sequences and virtual touchpoints, to nurture interest.
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities by mapping stakeholder needs, budget authority, and timeline constraints to ensure fit.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery through negotiation, ensuring all contractual terms and confidentiality agreements are handled professionally.
Utilize Apollo and other commercial platforms to maintain pristine contact records, track engagement metrics, and refine targeting strategies.
Generate detailed performance reports and pipeline analyses that provide leadership with clear visibility into progress and blockers.
Coordinate directly with the executive team and cross functional departments to align messaging, streamline processes, and support contract execution.
Monitor all pending activities and set up reminder systems to guarantee timely follow up and prevent any opportunity from falling through the cracks.
Serve as the main point of contact for documentation requests, proposal inputs, and administrative tasks that keep the sales machinery running smoothly.
Implement rigorous data hygiene practices to ensure the integrity of the CRM and support accurate forecasting and trend analysis.
Act as a strategic partner to the Founder by anticipating needs, suggesting improvements, and driving initiatives that increase conversion rates.
Leverage analytical tools to interpret market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights back into the go to market strategy.
Champion a culture of excellence by continuously testing new outreach techniques and optimizing communication based on results.
Act as a bridge between technical and commercial language, translating complex value propositions into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Requirements
Candidates must possess prior experience in Sales Analyst or similar roles that involve direct revenue support and pipeline management.
You must demonstrate advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international partners and clients.
Advanced Excel skills are non negotiable, as you will rely on spreadsheets for modeling, forecasting, and data manipulation on a daily basis.
You must be adept at using AI tools to automate tasks, analyze data sets, and enhance productivity in a fast paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building trust with stakeholders and articulating value propositions.
You must be a highly proactive individual who thrives on ownership and follows through on commitments without constant supervision.
The ability to interact comfortably with executive level professionals and various stakeholders across departments is required.
You must be available to work from the Palermo office in Buenos Aires when necessary to align with team meetings and strategic reviews.
