Senior Technical Project Manager
Job description
About the role
You own the full delivery lifecycle for a banking and payments modernization program acting as both Technical Project Manager and technical Business Analyst. You will plan, track, and manage the end-to-end execution of the engagement while simultaneously conducting requirements elicitation and analysis. You translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical narratives and document how systems should interact with engineering teams. You ensure that scope, risks, and dependencies are actively managed and that stakeholders maintain clear visibility into progress and blockers. You are fluent in modern cloud, API-driven, and event-driven concepts without needing to write code, applying this fluency to understand the architecture of payment systems. You bring structure and discipline to agile ceremonies and maintain the health of the backlog to support continuous delivery. Ultimately, you act as the linchpin that connects business objectives to technical implementation for long-term partnerships.
