- Utilize advanced engineering software and tools to perform complex simulations and analyses, enhancing the reliability of structural designs.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations, including AISC, ACI, and ASCE guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
