Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aviation management, safety management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management within the aviation industry, with a strong understanding of FAA regulations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing safety programs and policies that have led to measurable improvements in safety performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in safety management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
