What you'll do

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a design role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to completion, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
