What you'll do
Coordinate and execute internal events and projects designed to strengthen team cohesion and company culture across the New York office.
Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for C-level executives, managing complex schedules and ensuring high-level operational support.
Manage and optimize office operations, including logistics, facilities coordination, and the implementation of efficient administrative processes.
Act as a central knowledge resource, disseminating information on company policies, cultures, and procedures to both new and existing team members.
Oversee the integration of HR and business administration functions, ensuring compliance and smooth execution of internal initiatives.
Develop and maintain robust communication channels between diverse departments, fostering transparency and collaboration within the global organization.
Support the management of digital and physical garment tagging systems that function within the CLO ecosystem, ensuring operational consistency.
Utilize your organizational skills to handle diverse operational tasks that span accounting, finance, and general office management responsibilities.
Contribute to the scaling of office infrastructure in alignment with the company's rapid growth across 11 countries and 13 global offices.
Facilitate efficient workflows by leveraging platforms such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to enhance costume design and manufacturing processes.
Monitor and report on key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement in office management and employee experience.
Ensure that all administrative support functions uphold the standards required for a leading global digital fashion technology company.
Proactively identify challenges within administrative and operational frameworks and develop solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Collaborate closely with the small New York team to drive initiatives that enhance the overall employee journey and workplace environment.
Requirements
Must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a foundational knowledge of business administration or a related field.
Candidates must have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without compromising on accuracy or detail.
You must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with C-level executives and diverse internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with global teams across different cultures and time zones, showing adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
A high level of proficiency in standard office software and communication platforms is required to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the New York area, as the position is based in the New York office.

Familiarity with costume design platforms such as CLO, Marvelous Designer, or Jinny provides a distinct advantage.
Understanding of sustainable practices within the fashion industry is preferred.
