About the role
You will architect and own the end-to-end experience for global users of Marvelous Designer, ensuring that users worldwide rapidly discover core value and maintain long-term engagement with our platform. You will serve as a central figure within the User Movement Initiative, analyzing the complete user lifecycle from initial web interaction through onboarding to sustained retention in the 3D fashion community. This role requires a data-driven approach to dissect user behavior, maximize conversion from first visit, and design differentiated value propositions for existing subscribers. You will proactively lead experiments and initiatives that enhance both quantitative reach and qualitative satisfaction across the entire user base. Success in this position demands a blend of analytical rigor, operational discipline, and a passion for solving complex problems in a digital fashion context. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate insights into tangible improvements. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of relevant operational experience and fluency in Korean and English to navigate our international landscape. What you'll do
- Map and refine the entire user pathway for international clients utilizing Marvelous Designer and the CLO ecosystem, identifying friction points and optimization opportunities.
- Create intuitive onboarding flows and engagement strategies designed to efficiently convert visitors into dedicated users through tailored educational content.
- Establish robust metrics and reporting structures to track conversion and retention metrics across all user segments, ensuring data integrity and clarity.
- Design and run experiments to test hypotheses aimed at improving key behavioral indicators on the platform, iterating based on statistical significance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior to dissect the customer journey, uncovering insights that drive strategic operational decisions.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable plans by working closely with engineering and design teams to enhance the user interface and experience.
- Build direct feedback loops with support and sales departments to gather critical insights for product enhancement and service refinement.
- Forge strategic alliances with partners to ensure product messaging aligns with global market demands and regional nuances.
- Maintain clear documentation that outlines workflows and user expectations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability for future development.
- Monitor the performance of implemented changes, adjusting strategies in real-time to maximize user satisfaction and lifetime value.

Requirements
Candidates must present 3-5 years of proven experience in operations or design-focused roles, preferably within a SaaS or digital service environment where user lifecycle management is critical. Fluency in both Korean and English is non-negotiable for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders across various platforms. Hands-on experience with Marvelous Designer, CLO, Jinny, CLO-SET, and CONNECT is required to understand the technical nuances and user needs. A deep understanding of digital user journey mapping and optimization principles is mandatory to thrive in this position and drive meaningful improvements. You must be comfortable making decisions based on data analysis and translating findings into actionable plans that yield measurable results. A strong attention to detail is necessary to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accountability is essential for success in this role. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and implement preventative measures. Application Process
The selection process consists of the following stages: Document Review, First Interview, Second Interview and Reference Check, Compensation Discussion, and Final Offer. The First Interview will be conducted offline at our Seoul office in Yeouido and may include English discussions. The Second Interview will be conducted online with international team members and will be entirely in English. Reference checks may be requested during the coordination of the second interview.
