Position Overview

CLO Virtual Fashion invites applications for the role of 3D Design & Implementation Specialist. In this position, you will drive the evolution of true-to-life 3D garment simulation technology. Your work will empower users at every stage of the garment lifecycle, from initial concept and design through manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling. You will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from global industry giants to emerging local fashion leaders. The core of your responsibility involves merging deep technical garment knowledge with strategic analytical consulting. You will conduct tailored client onboarding and participate in collaborative software development to advance digital transformation. This role requires you to translate complex simulation requirements into actionable technical tasks that bridge the gap between design vision and software capabilities. You will be a key contributor to the functionality of our interconnected product ecosystem, which includes CLO, Marvelous Designer, CLO-SET, CONNECT, and consumer-facing solutions like e-commerce virtual fittings. What You Will Do

• Architect and deploy sophisticated 3D garment workflows for international fashion teams utilizing the CLO-SET platform, ensuring alignment with global production standards.
• Engineer highly accurate simulations that seamlessly integrate pattern data with e-commerce virtual fitting solutions to reduce return rates and improve sizing accuracy.
• Conduct meticulous reviews of project structures within CONNECT to ensure digital assets are organized logically, efficiently, and maintainably for scalable operations.
• Ship comprehensive onboarding packages that meticulously align manufacturing steps with specific client timelines, guaranteeing smooth project initiation and execution.
• Partner closely with developers to integrate new features that deliver tangible value to both fashion and film industry users, enhancing cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide strategic software consulting to guide homegrown leaders through complex projects, offering expert advice on simulation techniques and workflow optimization.
• Update pipeline methodologies to ensure fitting and styling workflows operate without interruption, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Document all implementation steps to maintain consistent standards in garment simulation across all teams, creating a reliable knowledge base for future initiatives.
• Analyze client requirements to configure CLO and Marvelous Designer environments that optimize performance for specific use cases and industry verticals.
• Troubleshoot simulation issues by diagnosing physics-based behaviors and material properties to ensure realistic virtual garment representations.
• Coordinate with e-commerce teams to validate virtual fitting experiences, ensuring they meet commercial objectives and user expectations.
• Lead training sessions for stakeholders on best practices for 3D garment design, fostering a deeper understanding of simulation capabilities.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to test new implementations, identifying bugs and refining user experiences before full deployment.
• Adapt to evolving project scopes, demonstrating flexibility in managing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bring a minimum of five years of hands-on experience with 3D garment design programs, specifically within fashion or film industries, demonstrating a proven track record.
• Be legally eligible to work in Jakarta and demonstrate the capability to manage projects across multiple time zones without disruption to workflow.
• Possess a solid understanding of how pattern data drives virtual fittings within e-commerce environments, optimizing the customer shopping experience.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills to evaluate existing workflows and propose enhancements through strategic software consulting that delivers measurable improvements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in navigating complex software ecosystems, including CLO, Marvelous Designer, CLO-SET, and CONNECT, with ease and confidence.
• Show commitment to maintaining high standards of documentation and process adherence to ensure consistency and repeatability in project outcomes.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members, to align on project goals.
• Meet eligibility requirements to work in Indonesia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and employment laws for the position.
