The Onboarding Documents Associate plays a critical role in supporting the seamless integration of healthcare professionals into our platform. You are responsible for upholding the integrity and accuracy of our onboarding workflows by reviewing and validating all submitted documentation. This role ensures that professionals can begin contributing to our mission quickly and without delay. You will act as a gatekeeper for compliance, verifying that every document meets the necessary facility, local, state, and federal standards. Ultimately, your work directly enables the scalable delivery of essential care across the United States by maintaining a high standard of document quality.

What you'll do
- Examine onboarding materials submitted by professionals, scrutinizing each item for precision, wholeness, and adherence to regulatory protocols.
- Supervise and regulate document submission queues, backlogs, and expiration timelines during designated shifts, executing immediate prioritization based on urgency.
- Assume ownership of daily operational duties such as updating document statuses, mapping data fields, resolving unread submissions, and aiding targeted special initiatives.
- Participate in refining internal regulations by analyzing current policies and proposing adjustments that boost operational clarity and effectiveness.
- Work alongside cross-functional groups to address document-specific questions and streamline the procedures that span multiple departments.
- Convey information precisely and concisely using Slack and other internal communication channels to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Monitor changes in documentation protocols and product features to sustain consistent and error-free decision-making abilities.
- Achieve established metrics for document examination speed, exactness, and processing volume, thereby supporting both personal and team-level objectives.
- Maintain strict attention to detail to detect inconsistencies or absent information swiftly and correct them before they escalate.
- Support the scalability of the onboarding pipeline by ensuring that every document batch is processed reliably and efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between operations and compliance to verify that all submitted records align with the latest industry standards.
- Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to clear document backlogs and reduce cycle times for new professionals.
Requirements
You possess an acute attention to detail, allowing you to identify discrepancies or missing elements in documentation with speed and precision. You demonstrate confidence in making timely decisions, even when situations are ambiguous, while never compromising on accuracy or compliance standards. You excel at organizing and executing multiple tasks involving document queues, maintaining consistency and reliability in a fast-paced setting. You communicate clearly and concisely, particularly when explaining complex decisions or collaborating with teams across different functions. You take ownership of your responsibilities, diligently following through on tasks and actively seeking ways to enhance processes over time. You are required to reside within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region to ensure proper alignment with operational coverage. You must possess a wired internet connection capable of sustaining a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps. You must use a computer with an Intel Core i5 (8th Generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5 (2000 Series or newer), or Apple M1 or newer, accompanied by a minimum of 12 GB RAM.
Nice to have
- Previous engagement in document verification, credentialing, compliance operations, administrative support, or customer service.
- Familiarity with U.S. healthcare documentation such as licenses, certifications, and immunization records.
- Experience in QA or quality-focused roles where precision and accuracy are paramount.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zendesk, Google Sheets, and task management platforms.

- Clipboard operates 24/7. Team members work 5 days within a 7-day schedule, including both Saturday and Sunday availability. Shifts are assigned based on business needs.
