Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience working in substance abuse treatment or a related area.
- Strong understanding of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and recovery principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans based on client needs.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing substance abuse treatment and client confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
