Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience working in substance abuse treatment or a related area.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans based on client needs.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing substance abuse treatment and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases and priorities.
