What you'll do
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system to streamline the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Clinicaromero and engage with potential candidates.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment metrics, trends, and challenges.
- Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to expand our reach and access to talent.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Clinicaromero, showcasing our values and mission to prospective employees.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions, from entry-level to senior management roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and recruitment metrics effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
