What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can optimize business processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Design and implement AI models and algorithms that address specific business challenges, ensuring they align with company objectives.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop automated reporting tools that provide real-time data visualization and analytics for stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, making adjustments as necessary to enhance effectiveness and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and robustness before deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a strong understanding of AI frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications in business contexts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting-related industry is a plus.
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science from recognized institutions.
