What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations to ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring that all teams are working towards a common vision.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish performance metrics and monitor progress, providing regular reports to senior management on operational performance.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation, ensuring that all departments have the necessary tools and support to achieve their targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring that timelines are met and deliverables are achieved, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and insights, using this information to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to support operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, conducting regular audits and assessments to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their roles.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, working closely with the customer service team to address any operational issues that may arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions into the operational framework of the company.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within a tech or service-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with financial management principles and budget oversight.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with process automation and optimization tools.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Multilingual skills, particularly in languages relevant to our client base.
