Acting as a trusted consultant, you will provide support on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management strategies. What you'll do
- Facilitate the employee lifecycle by guiding managers through processes such as onboarding, performance evaluations, professional development, and offboarding procedures.
- Provide expert advice to both employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Address employee relations challenges by collecting relevant information, documenting incidents, and assisting in investigations as needed.
- Support performance management initiatives, including setting objectives, conducting feedback sessions, and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- Collaborate with departments like Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to ensure a seamless and consistent employee experience across the organization.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that focus on enhancing employee engagement and improving overall organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in the design and delivery of learning and development programs, including creating course materials, updating content, and tracking participation.
- Contribute to internal communications by drafting, editing, and disseminating information to employees.
- Aid in organizing company-wide meetings, such as all-hands gatherings and executive roadshows, ensuring smooth execution and engagement.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a comparable role is essential.
- A solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion is a must.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are required.
- An analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and derive actionable insights is important.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (such as BambooHR) and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is expected.
- Experience in supporting managers within a fast-paced work environment is advantageous.
- Exposure to employee relations and performance management processes is preferred.
Nice to have
- Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) would be a plus.
- Experience with employee engagement surveys and analysis is beneficial.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices is a plus.
- Previous experience in a technology-driven organization can be beneficial.

- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms, particularly BambooHR.

Practical notes
Compensation for this position ranges from $81,200 to $101,000 annually, depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation includes participation in a profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
