About the role
Clear Capital is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Technical Product Manager to join the Product team. This role centers on internal enablement and serves as the critical bridge between the engineering group and stakeholders in Operations, Customer Success, and Sales. The successful candidate will handle triaging technical requests, managing production support escalations, and turning complex technical ideas into clear documentation that teams can act on. It is a strong starting point for someone who wants to develop core product management abilities while making a positive impact on the daily efficiency of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that internal processes run smoothly and that technical information flows clearly between teams.

What you'll do
- Serve as the main point of contact between engineering and internal teams such as Operations, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Triage incoming technical requests and determine their priority based on business impact and urgency.
- Own the management of production support escalations from start to resolution.
- Translate complex technical concepts into documentation that is clear, structured, and easy to follow.
- Support the Product team by gathering requirements and organizing them into actionable work items.
- Collaborate with engineering to clarify scope, constraints, and timelines for internal projects.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles that help Operations and Customer Success teams work independently.
- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements that reduce friction for internal users.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and changes.
- Assist with release notes and internal documentation for product updates and fixes.
- Monitor internal feedback channels and surface patterns that could inform future product decisions.
- Help onboard new team members by producing clear guides and walkthroughs of internal tools.
- Work with the Valuations product domain to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Track and report on the status of ongoing internal projects to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at once while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate and thorough work products consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating between technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks without requiring constant supervision or direction.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the willingness to ask clarifying questions when requirements are unclear.
- Experience working with engineering teams or in a technical environment is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with internal support or operations workflows in a software company is a plus.
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as computer science or business.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes quickly while working in a collaborative team environment.

- Understanding of product lifecycle basics and how requirements move from idea to delivery.
