You will own the end-to-end coordination of training lifecycles, ensuring that learner feedback from both virtual and in-person sessions directly drives iterative improvements to program content and delivery. The position requires you to adapt delivery methodologies in real time to match the audience, thereby verifying understanding and optimizing knowledge transfer. You will manage all timelines associated with learning initiatives while enhancing learning content, delivery mechanisms, and supporting processes based on actionable feedback from learners and key stakeholders. A core part of this role involves engaging field teams through travel, which supports the achievement of training objectives and the alignment of safety and operational standards across up to 40% of the time. You will maintain the integrity of training programs by uploading, testing, and maintaining all resources within the Learning Management System to ensure content remains current, compliant, and accessible. Ultimately, you will act as a bridge between L&D strategy and on-ground execution, translating high-level objectives into practical, measurable training experiences for CLEAR's frontline workforce.

Requirements
