Corporate is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their growing team in New York. This role focuses on identifying and hiring top technical talent for the organization across multiple departments. The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technology positions from start to finish. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. The recruiter will also contribute to improving the overall hiring process and candidate experience at the company. This senior-level position requires someone who can take ownership of complex searches and drive results independently.

What you'll do
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across the company and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Partner with engineering leaders to define job requirements and hiring plans for each open requisition.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage applicant tracking systems to maintain well-organized and accurate candidate pipelines.
Coordinate interview schedules between external candidates and internal hiring teams across departments.
Build strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and talent communities in the region.
Develop employer branding content to attract highly qualified technical professionals to the organization.
Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and overall quality of hire over time.
Mentor junior recruiters on proven best practices for technical sourcing and candidate engagement.
Negotiate compensation packages and extend formal offers to selected candidates in a timely manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company products and technology stack to speak credibly with applicants.
Collaborate with human resources teams to align recruitment strategies with broader business objectives.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Participate in career fairs and industry events to build a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
Requirements
Demonstrated proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition roles within a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of software engineering disciplines and various technical career paths and specializations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal hiring stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment software tools is considered essential.
Bachelor degree in human resources management or a related field is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in building diverse candidate pipelines for technical and engineering roles across teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment with competing priorities and tight hiring deadlines.
Experience working with diverse candidate pools and inclusive hiring practices is important for this role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-moving setting.
Ability to adapt recruiting strategies based on evolving business needs and changing market conditions.
Nice to have
Prior experience recruiting for data engineering or cloud infrastructure roles is highly valuable.
