About the role
We are seeking a dedicated partner manager to spearhead our expansion within the DACH region, owning the end-to-end strategy for enterprise solution partnerships. In this role, you will architect and execute a repeatable revenue engine designed to maximize the potential of our co-sell relationships. You will act as the primary liaison between our enterprise partners and our internal GTM teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes. The position requires a proactive mindset focused on identifying new entry points and driving joint value realization for shared customers. You will leverage data and market insights to refine our approach and optimize partner performance continuously. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to scale partner engagement while maintaining rigorous standards for pipeline and revenue generation. You will own the narrative of partnership success by translating customer needs into actionable plans for our integrated teams.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate the portfolio of enterprise-focused solutions partners to systematically generate qualified pipeline and influence complex deal outcomes across the DACH region.
- Architect and implement co-sell motions by collaborating directly with GTM engineers to strategize on specific opportunities and align technical resources for joint customer engagements.
- Conduct in-depth account mapping and pipeline reviews to uncover expansion paths, identify new entry points, and prioritize high-impact activities for partner-led growth.
- Design, develop, and document comprehensive playbooks, workflows, and internal tooling that codify best practices and scale partner engagement efficiently.
- Ensure absolute data integrity for deal registration, partner-sourced revenue tracking, and key performance metrics to enable precise measurement and forecasting.
- Plan and execute joint market activities, including executive roundtables, webinars, and targeted campaigns, to elevate brand presence and generate mutual awareness.
- Translate intricate customer requirements into clear partner capabilities, aligning solution positioning and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely deal execution.
- Establish rigorous governance for partner performance, conducting regular pipeline health checks and strategic reviews to optimize outcomes and remove bottlenecks.
- Serve as the central hub for partner-related inquiries, providing expert guidance on program structures, incentives, and operational processes to maximize participation.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the partner program by analyzing performance data, benchmarking against market standards, and recommending actionable enhancements to leadership.
- Foster a collaborative ecosystem where partners feel empowered to share insights, feedback, and innovative approaches to solving customer challenges.
- Act as the primary owner for managing key strategic relationships, ensuring that partnership objectives are met or exceeded through disciplined execution and proactive communication.
Requirements
- Possess 4 to 7+ years of professional experience specifically within B2B SaaS partnerships, sales, or business development, with a demonstrated history of managing complex engagements.
- Exhibit full professional fluency in both English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively at a native level in all business contexts.
- Have a proven track record of managing agencies, system integrators, or solutions partners within enterprise environments, delivering measurable results.
- Bring direct experience with co-sell motions, referral programs, and the generation of partner-sourced revenue to scale business initiatives.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate seamlessly across internal departments, including legal, sales leadership, and GTM operations, to achieve shared goals.
- Apply strong analytical skills to pipeline hygiene, account mapping, and performance diagnostics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Show a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing the company brand with consistency and excellence.
