What you'll do

• Lead the onboarding process for new corporate clients, ensuring a seamless transition to ClassPass services.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client needs and tailor launch strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement project plans that outline timelines, deliverables, and key milestones for each client launch.
• Conduct training sessions for corporate clients and their employees to familiarize them with the ClassPass platform and services.
• Monitor the progress of each launch, addressing any challenges or concerns that arise to ensure a successful rollout.
• Analyze client feedback and usage data post-launch to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the launch phase, providing regular updates and support.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of launch processes, best practices, and client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and communication strategies that highlight the benefits of ClassPass for corporate wellness.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and ClassPass offerings.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term partnerships and retention.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the launch process by sharing insights and recommendations with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, client services, or a related role, preferably within the wellness or fitness industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and measure the success of launch initiatives.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace.

Nice to have

• Experience in the corporate wellness sector or familiarity with fitness and wellness programs.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques to interpret client feedback and usage metrics.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and client management software.
