You will serve as the primary point of contact for fitness and wellness studios within the Barcelona market, managing a high-revenue portfolio. This role requires you to balance partner retention, revenue growth, and supply health to ensure our network remains an active and thriving ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end relationship with your assigned studios, acting as their trusted advisor and internal advocate. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to translate strategic business goals into tangible results for your partners on the ground. You will leverage data and market insights to drive proactive conversations that strengthen these partnerships. This is a critical role in ensuring the vibrancy and performance of the ClassPass network in one of Europe's key fitness hubs. Your work will directly influence the health of the local wellness ecosystem and the satisfaction of high-value customers.

What you'll do
- Manage a diverse book of business, ranging from small boutique studios to large-scale fitness partners, ensuring their strategic needs are met.
- Drive revenue and reservation growth by identifying inventory opportunities and promoting new product adoption among your partners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and check-ins with studio owners via phone and in-person meetings to build rapport and trust.
- Act as the local representative for our partners, escalating technical issues and feature requests to internal leadership in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute market-wide retention strategies designed to meet and exceed quarterly targets for your portfolio.
- Maintain accurate partner data and pipeline tracking using Salesforce to ensure visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Monitor the competitive landscape rigorously to provide actionable business recommendations that strengthen studio partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner feedback is integrated into product development and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within your assigned studio portfolio.
- Own the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition for contracts up for renewal.
- Provide strategic guidance to studio partners on class scheduling, pricing, and inventory optimization to maximize their utilization.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex partner issues, resolving them efficiently while maintaining strong relationships.
- Represent ClassPass at local industry events and partner meetings to reinforce our brand presence in Barcelona.
- Proactively identify champions within partner studios who can advocate for ClassPass features and drive adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management with a track record of resolving complex client issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with partners and stakeholders.
- Legal right to work in Spain without the need for sponsorship or visa support.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholder levels, from owners to executives.
