- Drive the negotiation of term sheets, legal agreements, and operational protocols that balance ambition with risk management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in financial services, real estate, or infrastructure roles.
- Demonstrated success managing and maintaining relationships with National Wirehouse institutions and their senior leadership.
- Experience working with national and regional banks on complex financial transactions or strategic initiatives.
- Track record of designing, launching, and scaling partnerships that generate measurable revenue or capital flow.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment structures, and the regulatory environment impacting financial services.
- Excellent judgment and integrity when operating in sensitive, confidential, and highly regulated contexts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings, industry conferences, and partnership events as required.
