[Job-30892] Senior Identity and Security Operations Developer, Brazil

About the role

You will architect and execute identity and security operations within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the end to end lifecycle of authentication, authorization, and user governance. You will partner with enterprise stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable identity workflows on the Salesforce platform. You will design and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce native identity features alongside integration patterns to support cross platform access and compliance. You will ensure that security policies are embedded into deployment pipelines and operational procedures through automation and rigorous validation. You will act as a technical owner for identity related incidents, driving root cause analysis and remediation in production environments. You will mentor other developers on identity best practices and elevate the standard of secure coding across delivery squads. You will continuously evaluate emerging identity technologies and frameworks to future proof our Salesforce security posture.

What you'll do

Architect identity and security solutions on the Salesforce platform, defining standards for authentication, authorization, and user provisioning.

Design and implement identity workflows using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Identity Core features to support enterprise access requirements.

Build and optimize automation around Flows and declarative tools to orchestrate identity lifecycle events, access certifications, and role based provisioning.

Integrate Salesforce with external identity providers and systems through API integrations, Mulesoft, and standard protocols to enable seamless SSO and user management.

Develop and maintain SOQL queries and custom metadata types to support dynamic identity policies, profile configurations, and permission set management.

Establish and operate CI/CD pipelines and change management processes using Copado and Gearset to enforce security controls and auditability.

Conduct code reviews focused on identity and security implementations, ensuring alignment with Salesforce security standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and analyze system behavior to detect anomalies, support incident response, and drive improvements in identity related service reliability.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to define access governance models, data privacy controls, and least privilege strategies for all Salesforce implementations.

Document identity architecture decisions, operational runbooks, and troubleshooting guides to sustain knowledge and enable scalable operations.

Contribute to the Salesforce partner ecosystem and client engagements by showcasing identity solutions that drive measurable business value and risk reduction.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by experimenting with new identity capabilities, benchmarking practices, and feedback loops from production environments.

Requirements

You must have deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and understand how identity and security requirements vary by business context.

You must be proficient in Salesforce development tools and technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL for implementing identity and access solutions.

You must have hands on experience with automation tools and API integrations, including Mulesoft, to connect Salesforce with external identity systems.

You must have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security standards, including sharing models, password policies, and session management.

You must possess advanced English communication skills to articulate technical designs, participate in client discussions, and contribute to cross cultural collaboration.

You must be comfortable working within Agile delivery squads, supporting client engagements, and aligning delivery timelines with business priorities.

You must demonstrate the ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into secure, scalable identity and governance workflows.

You must show commitment to maintaining high quality standards through practices such as code reviews, change management, and security validation.

Nice to have

Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce for identity related data unification and intelligent automation scenarios.

Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements that intersect with identity and access patterns.
