What you'll do

Lead the development and execution of product growth strategies that align with Cialdnb's overall business objectives, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and design, to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and growth initiatives.
Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development that will drive user engagement.
Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions, ensuring that growth strategies are data-driven.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on user feedback, business impact, and resource availability.
Create compelling product narratives and presentations to communicate growth strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.
Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the product team, encouraging creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
Engage with users through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights that inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Cialdnb remains at the forefront of product innovation and growth.
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering their professional development within the product management discipline.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align product messaging and positioning with growth strategies, ensuring a unified approach to market outreach.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on growth and user engagement strategies.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within a technology or digital product environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
Experience with A/B testing, user research methodologies, and data analytics tools to drive product decisions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes, ensuring timely delivery of product initiatives.

Nice to have

Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and digital marketing strategies that can enhance product visibility and user acquisition.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms for tracking user behavior and product performance.
A background in UX/UI design principles, contributing to a user-centered approach in product development.

Skills & tools

Proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana for project tracking and collaboration.
Strong understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to present insights effectively.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools to support user engagement efforts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation.
