About the role

Cialdnb is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for Quality Control (QC) to join our dynamic team in Lima, Peru. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, particularly in quality assurance, and will be responsible for overseeing the QC processes across various projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all deliverables meet our rigorous quality benchmarks while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate quality control initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal protocols.
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
Collaborate with project teams to define quality requirements and ensure that all deliverables meet these specifications.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of project processes and outputs to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for future projects.
Facilitate training sessions for team members on quality management practices and tools.
Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues, providing expert guidance and support.
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure that quality control measures do not compromise project delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices in quality management.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or Project Management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on quality control or assurance.
Proven track record of successfully managing quality control processes in a project-based environment.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and quality management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to have

Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Quality Management (e.g., CQE, CQA).
Experience in the technology or manufacturing sectors, particularly in roles involving quality assurance.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards relevant to the industry.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques to assess quality metrics.
Experience working in a multicultural environment, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
