What you'll do
Develop and manage full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategies that connect acquisition efforts with long-term retention and revenue growth.
Generate data-driven hypotheses and run structured experiments to optimize evergreen lifecycle programs and transactional communication flows.
Analyze performance using analytics tools, synthesize findings, and communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.
Define and maintain channel guidelines and governance frameworks to ensure consistent and high-quality member communication.
Partner with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to align lifecycle initiatives with broader business goals.
Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from concept and targeting through execution, measurement, and iterative improvement.
Leverage segmentation and journey mapping to deliver relevant messages across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
Use tools such as Braze, Looker, and AI-powered solutions to enhance targeting, reporting, and personalization at scale.
Evaluate test results, determine successful patterns, and define the roadmap for scaling proven lifecycle strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention through continuous testing and optimization.
Maintain a strong focus on revenue and lifetime value while balancing user experience and operational feasibility.
Adapt to changing priorities and resource constraints by managing workflows and solving problems creatively.
Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks that standardize lifecycle marketing execution across channels.
Requirements
4-6+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing is required to develop end-to-end campaigns from conceptualization to measurement.
A growth-first, business-minded approach is required to connect owned channels with the broader member experience and focus on revenue and lifetime value.
Proven segmentation and campaign management across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging is required.
Comfort with A/B testing and data-driven optimization is required to inform what to scale next.
Strong analytical skills are required for data-driven marketing and performance analysis.
The ability to work cross-functionally and exercise independent judgment with stakeholders is required.
Experience with Braze, Looker, and AI tools is a plus.
