About the role
Checkr is seeking a marketing professional to define and execute our partner strategy to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build joint campaigns that expand our reach within the ecosystem. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of partner marketing initiatives from initial hypothesis through scaled execution. You will translate abstract ecosystem ambitions into concrete programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact. The role requires you to act as the primary marketing voice for partners within the organization. You will synthesize feedback from partners and translate it into actionable marketing requirements. Success in this position will depend on your ability to align stakeholders and create narratives that resonate across different audiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that every partner interaction reinforces the Checkr brand promise and supports long-term ecosystem health.

What you'll do
- Design growth strategies for the partner ecosystem and prioritize partners for joint marketing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including webinars, email programs, events, and paid social.
- Create messaging and content for co-marketing efforts in partnership with product marketing and content teams.
- Pilot new programs using marketing development funds to increase pipeline.
- Build relationships with partners and integrate them into our broader go-to-market strategy.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis specific to the partner marketing landscape to uncover differentiation opportunities.
- Orchestrate the deployment of co-branded materials and ensure adherence to brand standards across all partner channels.
- Forecast partner pipeline contributions and translate those forecasts into operational plans for marketing execution.
- Establish testing frameworks for partner initiatives to validate hypotheses and scale winning approaches.
- Coordinate with revenue operations to ensure accurate tracking of partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
- Develop case studies and success stories that highlight partner-driven customer outcomes.
- Enable the sales team with battle-tested playbooks and messaging tailored to specific partner segments.
- Maintain a living repository of partner assets, performance data, and insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partner marketing, specifically targeting SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Demonstrated success in building partner programs and managing collaborative relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with a focus on strategic outcomes.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and go-to-market tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Looker.
- Experience utilizing AI to improve marketing program efficiency.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Denver, Colorado or San Francisco, California.
- Must commit to working from the office for a minimum of 3 days per week as specified in the work location.
