You shape go-to-market approaches that reflect local regulations and financial service expectations in Korea, adapting global playbooks to regional realities. You expand footprint through referrals and renewals with institutional customers in Seoul and beyond, driving sustainable growth and trusted partnerships. You maintain forecast accuracy for pipeline and quota attainment in a fast moving environment, aligning stakeholder expectations and adjusting plans based on real-time signals. Requirements
You hold 12 or more years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience within Korean institutions or agencies, demonstrating deep understanding of local decision-making processes and stakeholder dynamics. You have a history of consistently surpassing quotas in complex, multi-stakeholder sales settings, proving resilience and disciplined execution under pressure. You have closed multi-million dollar deals involving compliance, risk, or security solutions, showcasing ability to manage high-value, high-impact opportunities. You have experience selling into national security, law enforcement, or financial regulatory environments, navigating sensitive contexts with professionalism and care. You maintain strong relationships within Korean financial services and public sector ecosystems, leveraging a broad network to identify and pursue opportunity. You understand Korean public procurement rules and financial services regulations such as FSC and FSS, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making in every engagement. You can operate as an entrepreneur building markets from the ground up in Korea, taking initiative to shape narratives and create demand where none previously existed. You demonstrate proven success in establishing new territories and customer segments, applying creativity and rigor to overcome barriers and generate traction. You communicate articulately and translate technical solutions into clear business value, making complex topics accessible and compelling for senior audiences.
