About the role
The Senior Account Executive for Israeli Government customers is the primary driver responsible for advancing Chainalysis' mission to make the world a safer place by directly supporting law enforcement, defence, and civilian agencies in their efforts to disrupt criminal operations and reduce illicit activity. This individual will establish deep trust and cultivate strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders across Israeli Defence and Central Government institutions. They will tailor their sales approach to address specific institutional needs, effectively evangelising the Chainalysis platform as a critical tool for investigations and risk management. Success in this position is measured by the consistent attainment of assigned sales quotas, the accuracy of multi-quarter forecasting, and the demonstrable growth of the regional account portfolio. The role requires navigating complex, high-stakes sales cycles with strategic account planning while maintaining the energy and focus necessary to close pivotal deals. The Senior Account Executive will act as the main Chainalysis representative, ensuring the value proposition is communicated clearly to decision-makers. They will leverage every interaction to reinforce the company's position as the trusted leader in blockchain intelligence for government entities. What you'll do
Identify and qualify high-value opportunities within the Israeli Government sector, aligning strategic account plans with Chainalysis solution capabilities.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with defence officials and central agency leaders to secure long-term partnerships and drive adoption.
Champion Chainalysis capabilities by demonstrating product value in a way that resonates with the specific operational and regulatory context of Israeli public sector entities.
Collaborate internally with Customer Success and PreSales teams to develop tailored narratives that address unique compliance and investigation requirements.
Analyse market trends and competitive dynamics to refine messaging and positioning for government decision-makers and procurement stakeholders.
Own the end-to-end sales forecasting process, ensuring predictability and reliability through meticulous analysis of pipeline and performance data.
Leverage data from marketing campaigns and sales activities to iterate on strategies and consistently exceed revenue targets in the Israeli market.
Serve as a critical link between the customer base and internal product teams, providing insights that influence solution development and feature prioritization.
Navigate complex procurement and regulatory environments with resilience, ensuring all interactions adhere to institutional standards and timelines.
Drive the strategic expansion of account footholds by identifying new use cases and stakeholder groups within existing government relationships.
Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities that supports sustained growth.
Utilise advanced communication skills to translate intricate blockchain concepts into clear, actionable narratives for diverse government audiences.

Requirements
Demonstrated history of success in a previous B2G SaaS sales role within a relevant regulatory or governmental context.
Possess proven sales experience and established trusted relationships with government agencies and/or Ministry of Defence stakeholders in Israel.
Have a sold understanding of the procurement systems, evaluation processes, and compliance frameworks specific to Israeli Government Agencies and/or financial regulators.
Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective in communication, with the ability to convey highly complex concepts in an approachable and concise manner.
Maintain a track record of new business development, delivering accurate sales forecasts, and executing strategic and tactical account development plans.
Show a genuine passion for delivering on the Chainalysis mission to build trust in Blockchains and enhance global security.
Willing to travel domestically for client meetings, product demonstrations, and networking events essential for identifying and building sales growth.
Fluent in both Hebrew and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in each language.
Possess strong negotiation and closing skills, capable of navigating multi-threaded stakeholder environments with professionalism.
Exhibit a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information and mission-critical investigations.
Have experience working within SaaS or enterprise software environments, with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes.

Prior experience within the fields of Financial Intelligence, OSINT, Terrorism Intelligence, or Cyber Investigations.

Experience supporting customers in regulated industries where compliance, audit, and reporting are paramount.
A background in solution selling or consultative selling within a high-tech or enterprise environment.
Understanding of the Israeli government technology procurement landscape and key decision-making bodies.
Practical notes
This position requires domestic travel to customer sites across Israel for meetings, workshops, and demonstrations.
