What you'll do
Lead complex client engagements across multiple sectors, applying advanced knowledge of accounting standards to deliver strategic advisory services.
Partner with executive leadership and external auditors, serving as the primary subject matter expert to resolve intricate financial reporting issues.
Design and execute scoping sessions that define engagement objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with client stakeholders.
Develop and oversee the delivery of financial and regulatory reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP requirements.

Requirements
Hold an undergraduate degree in Accounting, or a combination of ACA, ACCA, CPA, and/or an MBA with solid accounting experience considered in lieu of a pure accounting degree.
Bring a minimum of 14 years of cumulative experience in accounting, finance, or consulting, with a proven tenure at a Big Four accounting firm.
Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to assimilate seamlessly into diverse teams and client environments.
Possess strong technical proficiency, including a working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (UK GAAP), and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
Show a proactive approach in identifying client needs, coupled with the ability to build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
