What you'll do

• Collaborate with various departments to streamline internal communication and processes, ensuring that all teams are aligned with company objectives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and facilitating discussions to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and organizational development principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
• Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive improvements.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Nice to have
