What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and market trends to define adaptive product roadmaps and lead development cycles from conception to launch.
- Synthesize feedback from cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that balance user value with critical business objectives.
- Design and execute controlled experiments to validate hypotheses and interpret complex data sets for driving continuous product improvements.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools into the daily workflow to accelerate research, prototyping, and execution of product tasks.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories, to ensure alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Monitor and own the long-term performance of your product area, analyzing key metrics related to sales, profit, retention, and operational costs.
- Partner closely with data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements and feasible product solutions.
- Champion the adoption of AI productivity tools to enhance team efficiency and accelerate the delivery of high-quality product features.
- Lead the discovery process to identify new opportunities and define minimum viable products that test critical assumptions.
- Act as the primary owner of product outcomes, ensuring that delivered solutions meet both user needs and business targets.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and refine the product backlog for upcoming sprints.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities within the automotive retail space.
- Communicate product vision and progress to executive leadership and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Drive the implementation of analytics frameworks to measure the success of launched features and inform future iterations.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree in STEM, Economics, Finance, Business, or Design from an accredited institution.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant product or analytics experience for mid-level roles; candidates for senior roles must have 4 or more years of progressive experience.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to use data for decision-making, problem-solving, and sizing potential opportunities.
- Show proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Sigma for querying, analyzing, and visualizing data sets.
- Have hands-on experience with experiment design, including hypothesis formulation, execution, and rigorous statistical analysis.
- Exhibit the capability to translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bring a track record of working in high-growth, successful companies where you have operated with agility and ownership.
- Maintain professional fluency in both written and spoken English to effectively collaborate with global teams.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience building AI-driven products using Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agent frameworks, or machine learning models.
- Background in industrial plant design, supply chain manufacturing, or process management platforms relevant to logistics operations.
- Strong user experience instincts specifically for conversational interfaces or AI-assisted user interactions.
- Familiarity with Snowflake data platform and its ecosystem for managing large-scale data warehousing.
- Prior professional experience within the automotive, e-commerce, or complex marketplace environments.
