You own the customer experience from first hello to final sign off, solving parts puzzles and protecting our promise daily. Your work keeps our Cleveland lot trusted and moving with calm precision. You turn technical questions into clear actions for every driver.
Key facts
What you'll do
Setting a welcoming tone as you greet each guest with steady professionalism.
Translating driver needs into correct parts numbers while explaining choices clearly and calmly.
Ordering the right components for customers and our shop, then tracking each request until arrival.
Completing accurate transactions for sales, adjustments, and returns while protecting data and policy.
Organizing the parts area so tools, stock, and records stay clear, current, and easy to find.
Coordinating with our internal shop and suppliers to keep parts moving on schedule.
Sharing practical guidance on fit, installation, and rules so customers feel confident making choices.
Resolving questions quickly, documenting each step, and keeping every interaction polished and respectful.
Requirements
You can read, write, and speak English at a work level without hesitation.
You hold a valid driver license with a clean record and can lift heavy items often.
You are at least 18 years old and handle varied weather, indoor tasks, and outdoor conditions.
You follow safety rules, wear required gear, and support a safe work environment always.
Nice to have
Former parts experience in automotive retail or service roles.

Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining compliance with safety and OEM standards.

Other requirements
To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.
You must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must have a valid driver's license.
Your driving record should show no more than two moving violations or DUIs in the last three years.
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat or cold, wet or humid, and dry or arid conditions.
You will use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.
Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required for special programs and events.
Frequent periods of standing and sitting are required.
Shifts may vary at times.
You may lift up to 60 pounds frequently.
Walking up to three miles each day is expected.
