About the role

You will manage the daily operational rhythm of our Blue Mound Inspection Center with a focus on discipline and execution. In this leadership capacity, you own the throughput and quality of vehicles moving through our facility. The role requires you to direct a large team to ensure every vehicle meets our strict quality and mechanical standards before they are listed for sale. You are responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment that adheres to company policies and safety protocols. What you'll do

• Manage daily facility operations and oversee production capacity for all lines.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of at least five leads and up to 70 front-line associates.
• Recruit and onboard new staff while managing performance and succession planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid unrestricted driver license with a clean record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently and walk up to 3 miles per shift.
• Capacity to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like reaching, stooping, and pushing.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work in an environment with potential exposure to noise, varying temperatures, and vehicle maintenance odors.
• Must pass a background check as part of the employment process.
• Ability to wear required safety gear at all times during shifts.
• Compliance with all company policies and operational procedures is mandatory.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive motions required in an inspection environment.
