What you'll do
You will manipulate glue tools to coax minor dents from varied steel and aluminum surfaces. The role requires accessing tight or awkward panel zones while adhering to rigorous safety and quality protocols. You will execute carefully planned pulling sequences to restore panel integrity before quality review. Completed work undergoes review against strict metrics before final approval is granted. You will coordinate handoffs to ensure vehicles progress smoothly toward shipment. Collaboration with logistics teams is necessary to schedule vehicle movement from inspection bays to shipping areas. Entry-level colleagues will receive guidance through defined training paths that match the company's operational pace. Tool maintenance and organized workspace management are essential within high-tech inspection bays.
Requirements
A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position. You must be at least 18 years of age. The ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds during a single shift is required. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment. Consistent use of mandated safety equipment, including goggles and non-slip footwear, is compulsory.
Nice to have
Demonstrated familiarity with glue pulling techniques on both steel and aluminum panels is preferred.
Skills and tools
Proficiency with Carvana platforms, operation within Inspection Centers, and advanced PDR methods are expected. Familiarity with paintless dent repair processes is central to success.
