About the role
You own the end to end administration for a high volume inspection center ensuring that every new hire and vendor interaction reflects the Carvana standard. You will drive the full lifecycle of employee onboarding from I-9 verification to first day email and orientation execution. You will design and implement communication plans that keep key operations initiatives clear and aligned across teams. You will facilitate events that engage vendors and partners while managing all onsite logistics and business updates. You will act as the primary liaison between leadership, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to maintain smooth daily operations. You will coordinate employee engagement activities and oversee all related scheduling and rosters. You will handle business updates and announcements with precision to ensure consistent messaging. You will support vendors by providing directions and access while protecting the security and flow of the site.

What you'll do
Coordinate and oversee all onsite engagement events through detailed email correspondence and timely business updates.
Own post employment processes for new hires including I-9 verification, comprehensive orientation, and the execution of first day communications.
Prepare and execute targeted communication plans that align with key operations initiatives and major events.
Facilitate new hire orientation programs while rigorously maintaining current site rosters and dynamic schedules.
Collaborate closely with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to advance shared objectives.
Assist onsite vendors by providing accurate directions and access protocols to ensure seamless coordination during interactions.
Manage, coordinate, and provide oversight for all employee engagement events to maximize participation and satisfaction.
Handle, coordinate, and oversee onsite engagement initiatives using email, business updates, and formal announcements.
Support leadership teams and partners in data and process driven decisions that enhance operational efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned to maintain high standards of organization and responsiveness across the inspection center.
Requirements
You must be able to perform job duties during various weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, and cold without exception.

You must be a bright individual willing to roll up your sleeves and take on new assignments as they arise.

You must have eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.
You must pass a complete background check as part of the hiring process.
You must successfully clear a drug screening before employment can be finalized.
You must meet the listed experience and education criteria as defined in the job requisition.
Nice to have
High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
Must have no more than two moving violations in the last three years or a DUI.
Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across competing demands.
