In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and planning of vehicle deliveries across the nation within the Fulfillment Centralized Scheduling and Planning team. Your leadership will guide a team of analysts as they work to enhance operational workflows, ensuring that inventory is moved efficiently throughout the country. This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of service that Carvana is known for, as you will be at the forefront of optimizing delivery processes.

What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts dedicated to the coordination and oversight of market operations schedules, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Enhance scheduling effectiveness by striking a balance between delivery speed, operational costs, and the quality of service provided to customers.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to refine internal tools and address complex challenges related to resource planning.
- Manage real-time adjustments to schedules to ensure that customer experiences remain uninterrupted and positive.
- Conduct thorough analyses of network planning data to uncover trends and proactively address potential constraints that could impact operations.
- Uphold team accountability by providing regular performance feedback and establishing clear, achievable goals for team members.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, supply chain management, operations, or another STEM-related field is essential.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel are required to analyze data and create reports effectively.
- Proven ability to achieve results while navigating through ambiguous or incomplete data sets, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities, with a knack for solving complex problems efficiently.
- Capability to uphold high standards of work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Fluency in English is required to communicate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
