This role requires you to perform bodywork on multiple panels with a high standard of precision and attention to detail. You will utilize your extensive experience to handle heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and complex roof and rocker panel repair tasks. Your work directly contributes to the restoration of vehicles that are then delivered to customers across the nation. You are expected to maintain a safe and organized workspace while adhering to strict quality control standards. - Adhere to strict safety protocols to protect yourself, your colleagues, and the vehicles in your care.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our overall production standards.
- Support the training and development of less experienced technicians when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience as stipulated in our guidelines.
- Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Have the physical capability to operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform bodywork on multiple panels concurrently with high accuracy.
- Show proficiency in heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling techniques.
- Exhibit skill in roof and rocker panel repair to meet stringent quality standards.
- Capable of performing large area, heavy bodywork including Bondo repair and finishing.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements at this time.
