Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor degree with auction and automotive experience, OR possess a High School diploma/GED with at least 5 years of auction experience plus 5 years of automotive or similar work experience to demonstrate practical knowledge.
• Maintain a minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing teams and operational workflows.
• Be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver license to perform essential job functions independently.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform light to medium physical work, including frequent standing, walking, and attentive listening during extended periods.
• Show proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Successfully pass a comprehensive background check to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges as they arise in a dynamic environment.
