What you'll do

• Restore severely compromised wheel structures by removing bent and cracked metal using precision cutting tools.
• Operate specialized wheel repair machinery to realign and reshape damaged rims back to factory specifications.

• Apply paint and clear-coat finishes to wheels, ensuring uniform coverage and adherence to color matching standards.
• Conduct detailed inspections of repaired wheels using calibrated measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Work in a production-focused facility where speed and accuracy must be balanced to meet daily throughput targets.
• Wear required safety gear including masks, gloves, goggles, and non-slip footwear to mitigate exposure to hazards.
• Clean and maintain all tools and equipment to ensure longevity and operational efficiency throughout shifts.
• Assist in training new team members on proper repair techniques and safety protocols as directed by senior staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in rim or wheel repair.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver license required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance.
• Capacity to work in environments with varying temperatures.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when business needs arise.
• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records review if applicable to the role.
• Must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring company sponsorship.
• Must demonstrate the physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
