Position Overview

In this position, you will assume full responsibility for interior and glass restoration from initial assessment through final quality check. The role is ideal for candidates with solid fundamentals who prefer steady, hands-on work in a high-tech environment. You will manage the complete repair lifecycle, ensuring each vehicle meets our standards before it reaches our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily work will involve executing precise repairs on a variety of materials, including cloth, leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces. You will refashion center consoles, seats, dashboards, and headliners, performing careful stitching to restore both function and appearance. Color matching and dying fabric will be a regular duty to ensure a consistent and professional finish across all repaired sections.

You will also restore windows and windshields by addressing stars, bullseyes, and combination breaks, as well as cracks and scratches. Each repair process begins with a thorough intake assessment to document damage before any work commences. You will coordinate parts movement through build stages, utilizing state-of-the-art tools in our modern inspection centers.

Quality is maintained through driving review checkpoints that confirm standards are met before any vehicle leaves the bay. Collaboration with other teams is essential to finalize handoffs, ensuring cars are delivered to customers on schedule and in proper condition.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must bring a minimum of three years of professional experience in interior repair and/or glass repair. Physical capability is essential, as the position requires lifting heavy items and standing for long shifts while maintaining accuracy. You must hold a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
