About the role
About the role Carvana is hiring experienced technicians to perform high-level structural and cosmetic repairs at our Trenton, Ohio Inspection Center. You will handle complex bodywork while mentoring junior staff members to ensure our inventory meets our quality standards. Key facts

Engagement: Full-time What you'll do
Execute heavy metal work including pulling, shrinking, straightening, and stud welding
Perform plastic welding and stapling
Complete structural repairs on rocker panels and roofs
Apply and finish large-area body filler
Train and guide other technicians on technical bodywork processes Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver license
Ability to lift 60 pounds independently
Capacity to work in a production environment with exposure to heat or cold
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required by business needs Nice to have
ASE certification Skills & tools
Heavy body repair tools
Plastic welding equipment
Metal straightening and stud welding tools
Personal protective equipment including safety goggles, face shields, gloves, and non-slip footwear Practical notes
