Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize their marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. This role is based at the company headquarters in New South Wales, Australia, and reports directly to the head of marketing. The manager will be responsible for overseeing campaign strategy, budget allocation, and performance analysis to drive sustainable growth and customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and creative to develop data-driven marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results and support the company's overall business objectives. What you'll do
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media, and display advertising channels to reach target audiences
Manage and optimize campaign budgets on a monthly basis to maximize return on investment and achieve quarterly acquisition targets
Analyze campaign data and performance metrics using statistical methods to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic improvement
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets that drive engagement and conversion
Build and maintain strong relationships with external media partners and vendors to negotiate favorable advertising rates and terms
Create detailed reporting dashboards and present performance insights to senior leadership on a weekly and monthly basis
Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experimentation to continuously improve conversion rates and optimize user acquisition funnels over time
Oversee the implementation of tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution models to ensure accurate and reliable campaign measurement
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead generation goals and overall revenue targets
Stay current with digital marketing industry trends and platform feature updates to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge
Requirements
Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, or a related quantitative field from an accredited four-year university
Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising roles within a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns with annual budgets exceeding one million dollars and delivering strong returns
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms with demonstrated campaign success
Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting platforms
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, derive meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable and measurable strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting campaign results and strategic recommendations to diverse stakeholders
Experience managing a team of at least three direct reports or leading cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept to launch
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer lifetime value calculations, and key performance indicators across multiple acquisition channels
Nice to have
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo for campaign management and lead nurturing workflows
Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company environment with exposure to product marketing functions
Working knowledge of SQL or basic data querying for independent analysis of campaign performance and audience segmentation
Active certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a valued additional qualification for this role
Prior experience with international or multi-region marketing campaigns across different languages and cultural markets is beneficial
