About the role
Eucalyptus is a health technology company focused on long-term weight management through its Juniper program, which integrates GLP-1 medication with clinical support. As part of Hims & Hers, we operate across five global markets including the UK, Australia, Germany, Japan, and Canada. This role functions as a strategic partner to senior leadership, managing high-priority projects to scale our weight management offerings and improve our digital patient experience. You will own the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives that bridge the gap between clinical offerings and digital product delivery. The position requires a high level of ownership in driving operational excellence and ensuring that project outcomes align with company objectives. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into clear, actionable plans that can be executed by cross-functional teams. This role is critical in ensuring that our Juniper program expands efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and clinical integrity.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate two or more concurrent projects, ensuring alignment between cross-functional efficiency improvements and new retention initiatives.
- Architect the commercial design for product offers, including bundling, tiering, and pricing strategies that optimize patient value.
- Research and identify opportunities for partnerships with external brands, then lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Liaise with technology teams to define, implement, and iterate on new product features that enhance the digital patient journey.
- Contribute to the strategic planning cycle by analyzing market trends and identifying areas for commercial and patient value creation.
- Project manage major initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with all key stakeholders.
- Support leadership in the development of operating models and reporting structures to improve organizational efficiency.
- Analyze performance data using analytical frameworks to generate actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation that captures decisions, timelines, and outcomes for future reference.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and ensure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the success of implemented projects and adjust strategies as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency across the organization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies that could enhance the efficiency of project delivery.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bring 3-4+ years of experience working in high-velocity, high-ownership environments where outcomes are directly tied to your actions.
- Possess 2+ years of experience in consulting or banking, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a strategy or operations role within a startup, showing adaptability and a fast-learning mindset.
- Show the ability to break down ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses and design experiments to validate solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to drive execution effectively even when faced with incomplete information.
- Exhibit product sensibility, including an understanding of how to design user-focused solutions that meet real customer needs.
- Operate with high agency, showing comfort and effectiveness in shifting, fast-paced environments where priorities can change rapidly.
- Thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with diverse teams to achieve shared objectives.
