You must have hands on experience building, scaling, or leading a modern data platform in a production environment. A strong background in data engineering, machine learning engineering, or platform engineering is essential for this position. You must excel at prioritisation under ambiguity and manage competing demands while coordinating cross regional stakeholders. Superior written and verbal communication skills are required to influence both technical teams and senior business stakeholders. You must have a track record of leading complex platform migrations or large scale technology transformations.
