In this role, you will be responsible for implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and strategic partnerships. Your efforts will primarily support our weight-management initiative, Juniper, as well as other clinics such as Pilot, Kin, and Software.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the management of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube, focusing on audience development and creative experimentation to achieve acquisition targets.
- Oversee the complete email marketing process using CustomerIO, which includes designing automated workflows, establishing triggers, and continuously optimizing performance based on results.
- Collaborate on SEO content initiatives aimed at boosting organic patient acquisition both in the UK and internationally.
- Create detailed creative briefs informed by patient insights and campaign analytics, working closely with the creative team to ensure alignment.
- Plan and implement A/B testing across various marketing channels to enhance and refine our strategies.
- Manage relationships with affiliate marketers and influencers to maximize outreach and engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights that will shape future marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with product development and business objectives.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in at least two marketing channels, including but not limited to paid media, email marketing, content creation, or customer relationship management (CRM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop hypotheses, and make informed decisions based on quantitative insights.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, analytics, and creative departments.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a knack for managing multiple priorities and adapting to changes autonomously.
- A results-oriented mindset with a keen interest in understanding business performance metrics and return on investment (ROI).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems beyond CustomerIO.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness sectors, providing insight into industry-specific marketing challenges.
- Knowledge of advanced SEO techniques and best practices for content marketing.
- Experience with data visualization tools to present insights in a clear and impactful manner.
- A passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of the challenges faced by patients in managing their health.
