The Clinical Lead
New Products will be instrumental in bridging the gap between clinical expertise and digital product development. You will own the clinical validation of new service lines, ensuring that every offering meets rigorous medical standards before reaching patients. This involves reviewing current evidence, assessing risk profiles, and defining clear clinical boundaries for each service. You will translate these assessments into practical protocols that guide the product team during the design and implementation phases. Your clinical oversight will be critical in maintaining patient trust and safety as we scale our services.
In addition to strategic oversight, you will remain engaged in direct patient care to maintain clinical currency and empathy. This hands-on approach ensures that your leadership is grounded in real-world practice and patient needs. You will use these insights to challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for innovation in our service delivery model. Your feedback will help us refine our digital tools to better support patient behavior and long-term outcomes. This dual focus on strategy and practice is essential to our mission of redefining women's healthcare.
You will lead the development and delivery of clinical training programs for the wider prescribing team. This includes creating induction materials, updating clinical guidelines, and facilitating sessions on new protocols or service lines. Your ability to mentor junior clinicians will be key to maintaining consistent quality across all touchpoints. You will foster a culture where learning and safety are prioritized, encouraging open discussions about clinical challenges. This educational role will extend to patients, where you will help create clear and accurate health content. Our goal is to empower patients with knowledge, enabling them to engage more effectively with their health journeys.
Collaboration will be a core theme of this role as you work tightly with non-clinical teams. You will translate clinical requirements into technical briefs for the engineering and product teams. This ensures that features are built with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and constraints. You will participate in agile squad meetings to provide real-time clinical perspective on product decisions. Your input will help the team avoid solutions that are ineffective or potentially harmful from a medical standpoint. This partnership is vital for creating products that are not only innovative but also safe and clinically valid.
Clinical governance will be a significant responsibility, involving audits and outcome reviews to measure the effectiveness of our services. You will analyze clinical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. This analysis will inform changes to protocols and training programs, creating a cycle of continuous improvement. You will also contribute to the development of clinical policies that align with regulatory requirements. Your work will ensure that our practices are transparent, accountable, and focused on delivering the best possible patient outcomes. This governance role is critical as we navigate the evolving landscape of digital health regulation.
The successful candidate will thrive in an environment that values autonomy, clinical rigor, and innovation. You will be comfortable making decisions in the absence of perfect information, relying on your clinical judgment and evidence. The role requires resilience and adaptability as we rapidly iterate on products and services. You will be a key voice in ensuring that patient safety is never compromised for speed of delivery. If you are a GP eager to shape the future of healthcare and willing to roll up your sleeves to make it happen, we encourage you to apply.
