What you'll do

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Establish best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our development capabilities and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures, particularly in cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps practices.
