What you'll do
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment processes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures, particularly in cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps practices.
