What you'll do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban, to manage product development processes.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• A degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or Computer Science, is preferred.
